Compensation Overview
Eligible claimants can receive:

- 60% of the Black Book value for total loss from theft or attempted theft.
- Damage or Property Loss:
- $3,375 or 33% of the vehicle’s Black Book value, whichever is greater.

- Out-of-Pocket Costs:
- Up to $250 for other theft-related expenses.
